Job Description

Project Planning & Coordination



Develop project plans, schedules, and execution strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, construction, quality). Ensure all project activities follow timelines and scope.

2. Technical Support & Engineering Oversight



Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Provide technical guidance to project teams and contractors. Resolve engineering issues and propose practical solutions.

3. Procurement & Resource Management



Identify project material requirements and coordinate procurement. Evaluate vendor quotations and support vendor selection. Track material delivery schedules and ensure availability on-site.

4. Project Execution & Site Supervision



Monitor on-site activities to ensure work is completed as per design and safety standards. Conduct inspections, measurements, and quality checks. Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with project requirements.

5. Cost Control & Budget Management



Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets. Track project expenditures and control cost deviations. Support preparation of progress billing and financial reports.

6. Risk Management & Safety



Identify project risks and assist in mitigation planning. Ensure implementation of safety standards and conduct safety audits. Promote safe work practices across the project site.

7. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain project documentation (drawings, reports, permits, logs). Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports. Update stakeholders on project status and technical issues.

8. Quality Assurance



Ensure work complies with quality standards, codes, and contract requirements. Conduct inspections and coordinate quality testing. Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

9. Stakeholder & Client Coordination



Attend client meetings and present project updates. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Manage communication between all project stakeholders.

10. Project Handover & Completion



Support commissioning activities and final inspections. Prepare as-built drawings and documentation. Assist with project closeout, handover, and post-project evaluations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
