What we are looking for:

• A Doctor with following skills

o medical o communication o analytical and critical thinking

• Should be active on social media and comfortable using computers.

Qualification:

• MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology

• High learning capability with presence of mind

• Experience in dentistry (1 years) or more

What You'll be doing: - Primary Role

• Demonstrate the value of VELscope and DNA Ploidy to Dentist, Surgeons, Pathologists and Doctors digitally / in person at their Clinics/Hospitals at various locations.

• Conduct various medical camps in both urban and rural areas

• Work to build our proprietary algorithm for oral disease diagnosis

• Answer and clarify customers' questions

• VELscope and DNA Ploidy Demos and Installation

• Work as customer success officer to build win-win professional relationships with health care professionals including clients

• DNA Ploidy Reporting

- Secondary Role/Responsibility:

• Assist with VELscope inventory management

• Train customers in patient communication skills

• Conduct continuous Medical Education programs

• End to End DNA Ploidy lab oversight and leadership in delivery of codified workflow

Training:

• Rigorous training will be provided

• Certification will be issued upon successful completion

Compensation and Benefits:

• Break up:

o Base salary: base salary starting from 25,000 INR/month
(will be negotiated as per your competence, current income level and future outlook) o Bonus: Per device installation and customer success bonus

• Working hours:

o Time - 8.30 am to 5:30 pm o Sunday holiday o 14 paid vacation days/year + 14 earned vacations/year (1 vacation day earned/23 days of work) o You can combine your earned leaves and take them together with 30 days advance notice or trade them for cash o Sick leaves are granted on case by case basis with doctor's note o This is not a sales job, your job is to educate the customer and influence key decision makers to switch technology protocol that #savelives Culture where you will be working:
