Primary responsibilities including but are not limited to:
  • This position is for UEM/MDM technology. The individual should have 2-3 years of experience in MDM technology with a strong appetite to learn new technologies and trends.
  • Experience in VMware Workspace One/AirWatch is mandatory and other MDM technologies (MobileIron/Intune/XenMobile) will be added advantage.
  • Should have working knowledge of Workspace ONE and be familiar with the console interface.
  • Should be aware of iOS and Android features and functionalities.
  • Should guide end-users to enroll devices and setup other applications.
  • Should be responsible for complete lifecycle of devices, from enrollment to termination.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, i.e., ability to apply a highly logical and well-organized approach to the analysis and resolution of issues



Requirements:
  • Assist in enrollment related errors.
  • Provide enrollment QR Codes to provisioning teams and end users.
  • Install/Un-install applications on devices remotely from console.
  • Work on Passcode clear/change request on devices.
  • Tag the devices appropriately according to the requirements
  • Check for compromised status on devices and make sure all devices are compliant.
  • Assign/Un-assign profiles as requested by customers.
  • Troubleshoot various mobile platform issues iOS/Android/MacOS/Windows.
  • Handle Bulk requests from different customers regarding applications and commands from WS1
  • Wipe the devices and maintain records in inventory for the users that are terminated.
  • Maintain status report of each customer regarding number or active/inactive devices.
  • Prepare and test powershell scripts requested by customers
  • Push scripts using product-provisioning procedure in Workspace ONE.
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by customers- relating to enrollment, application install and device communication
  • Collect X-code and ADB logs to investigate application failures or profiles issues.
  • Supervise devices using Apple Configurator and DEP.
  • Work on additional tasks as assigned.
NOTE : Experience in handling Rugged/Zebra devices through Workspace One is mandatory and will be added advantage.
