What you\'ll be doing: As a business systems analyst (BSA) for master data management (MDM) & data quality management (DQM) focused on end-to-end operations processes (material master, logistics & procurement, inventory management, mass production, manufacturing planning, transportation management, warehouse management etc.), you will play a critical role in enabling data architecture and governance to help drive standardized and sustainable enterprise data footprint. Define unified data strategy that aligns with business goals and lays foundation for business process digital transformation. Assess and document the end-to-end data flow for operations processes, master data and the derived master data elements. Partner with business to define data taxonomy, policy, catalog, lineage and challenge the status quo. Identify data stewards and establish cross functional user councils to define and drive KPI\'s to measure data quality and integrity. Build an enterprise data governance model to drive timely and effective business decision making and achieving operational excellence. Perform data audits and report data quality metrics as part of data governance reviews and design and implement tools to accelerate data architecture and workflows to support evolving business processes and needs. Support process improvements for SAP/ Non-SAP enterprise data changes by collaborating with business and technical teams. Support user acceptance testing for PLM, MDG/SAP, CRM (SFDC) enhancements and collaborate with development teams for timely issue resolution. Support innovation and automation in MDM & DQM by collaborating with business intelligence, machine learning and artificial intelligence teams. Influence C-level, VP level executives, business owners and IT partners to align on process transformation, data governance and data strategy to support company growth. Partner with functional, technical architecture and development teams for seamlessly implementing the MDM & DQM processes and solutions. What we need to see: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science engineering/ supply chain management is required or equivalent experience . Advanced degree or relevant certifications is desired in data domain (data engineer preferred), operations (degree or certificate in operations, SAP MM/PP/IM/WM with focus on manufacturing, procurement, logistics and logistics execution, experience in integration with PLM tools like PTC Windchill is preferred). 5+ years of demonstrable experience as enterprise data governance and MDM functional SME or similar role, with focus in operations domain (hands-on experience in SAP MM or any other leading operations solution is preferred) Experience working in SAP & Non-SAP applications and understanding of cross functional business processes in operations (material master, logistics & procurement, inventory management, mass production, manufacturing planning, transportation management, warehouse management etc.) and their inter dependency with finance, sales, purchasing, marketing, planning and engineering processes etc. Experience in working with business to transform processes, establishing data policy & governance, and implementing enterprise level solution with experience in MDM & DQM processes and tools (hands-on experience in SAP MDG/ Informatica/ Collibra is preferred). Familiarity with industry standard processes and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners at all levels. Analytical demeanor with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
