Senior Engineer ? Adaptive Autosar ADAS/Automated Driving
Mercedes-Benz Research and Development, India is seeking for Sr. Engineer with a strong background in AUTOSAR Adaptive/Classic Layered Architecture, Autosar BSW Diagnostics, and Communication Protocols.
The BSW team is responsible for BSW releases for ADAS ECU. Team is involved in BSW configuration, Integration, Testing and releasing BSW with best quality. Having extreme passion for BSW configuration and sound knowledge of Adaptive/Classic AUROSAR and C/C++ programming skills is a pre-requisite.
Key Job Responsibilities:

• Configuration of Diagnostic stack and development of diagnostic module for ADAS ECU.
• Establish ASPICE process for SW development.
• Automate test and reporting process.
• Prepares and presents results based on requirements from engineering and management team based in Germany and India
• Ideates and improvises on the requirements through continuous innovation and application of new techniques and methods
• Interacts with suppliers for BSW configuration and validation concepts, negotiates and leads priorities, scope, and schedule.

Basic Qualification:

• BE/Masters in Engineering Electronics/Computer Science related branches.
• Strong background in AUTOSAR classic/Adaptive and BSW configuration and validation for 4-8 years

Desired Skills and Experience

• Excellent Knowledge of Autosar Layered Architecture (Classic/Adaptive)
• Hans on experience on QNX and Adaptive Autosar Framework
• Experience in Autosar BSW Diagnostics (DCM, DEM, FIM) Development as per autosar standards
• Strong foundation of ADAS or autonomous driving.
• Hands on experience on 32/64 microcontroller (Infineon Tricore/PowerPC) and driver
• Hands on experience in testing tools (ex. CANoe,)/debuggers(Trace32,iSystem)/emulators
• Excellent knowledge of Adaptive Function Clusters and Integration.
• Understanding on Software process methodologies
• Hand on experience in using Autosar configuration tools e.g. EB Tresos, Vector Da vinci.
• Knowledge in configuration management tools (GitLab,SVN etc.).
• Good understanding of Agile project and SCRUM ceremonies.
• Experience in standards such as ISO26262, Automotive SPICE
• Excellent programming skills in C/C++.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in & contribute as a good team player
• Experience in the automotive field and exposure of multi-cultural environment is an added advantage
