SCOPE: Implement JML process Automation within Customers IBM Maximo ITSM. Establish IBM Maximo ITSM as the single Knowledge management tool for Customer. Coforge will deploy the additional functionality in scope within 6 months, provide one-month hyper care support and handover to Customer for BAU. In Scope JML Process Automation \xef\x83\xbc Process Automation\xe2\x80\x93 IT On-Boarding & Off Boarding Process with associated Tasks \xef\x83\xbc workflows(requests) to be built in IBM Maximo ITSM. Knowledge Management \xef\x83\xbc Integrate SharePoint KM with IBM Maximo ITSM . All existing KM articles to flow into IBM Maximo. SharePoint KM will be single repository for knowledge articles Service Portal \xef\x83\xbc Minor enhancement of existing (Max-5) user-friendly self-Service Portal for the users. Integration \xef\x83\xbc Integration - Integrate SharePoint KM with IBM Maximo ITSM.
