BACKGROUND: We understands that Customer is seeking service providers is to provide Managed service by laveraging existing IBM Maximo ITSM tool and integrate SharePoint KM and improve the process building Automation to support the CUSTOMER information processing setup. SCOPE: Implement JML process Automation within Customers IBM Maximo ITSM. Establish IBM Maximo ITSM as the single Knowledge management tool for Customer. Coforge will deploy the additional functionality in scope within 6 months, provide one-month hyper care support and handover to Customer for BAU. In Scope JML Process Automation \xef\x83\xbc Process Automation\xe2\x80\x93 IT On-Boarding & Off Boarding Process with associated Tasks \xef\x83\xbc workflows(requests) to be built in IBM Maximo ITSM. Knowledge Management \xef\x83\xbc Integrate SharePoint KM with IBM Maximo ITSM . All existing KM articles to flow into IBM Maximo. SharePoint KM will be single repository for knowledge articles Service Portal \xef\x83\xbc Minor enhancement of existing (Max-5) user-friendly self-Service Portal for the users. Integration \xef\x83\xbc Integration - Integrate SharePoint KM with IBM Maximo ITSM. Out Of Scope \xef\x83\xbc Process design and consulting is out of scope. \xef\x83\xbc IBM Maximo and SharePoint administration \\Development training is out of scope \xef\x83\xbc Upgrade - IBM Maximo ITSM Version Upgrade will be taken in 2024 as New Project (factoring Required efforts and Cost). \xef\x83\xbc Implementation other than proposed tools \xef\x83\xbc BAU support post Implementation Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,000,000.00 - 92,000,000.00 per year Benefits:
