Dear Candidate,We have opening for the Post of Material Manager.Location: Khairne MIDC Navi Mumbai.Role & Responsibility To check if the material that has arrived is on the factory schedule for incoming cargoTo ensure that the purchase order no (PO NO) and / or Lot no. is mentioned in the documents that has arrived from the supplierTo verify the correctness of the incoming packing material as per SOPTo check if the loaded raw material truck is weighted before and after it is emptiedInforming the following people about goods arriving at the factory

• MD/ Dir in HO & GMF
• Purchase dept / Traffic department in HO
• QA/ QC

Ensuring the raw material is first checked for infestation and other physical damage before it is unloadedUnloading and storing the cargo as per GMP and GHP normsPreparing and issuing inward CallahanTo organize and arrange the fumigation of the cargo if it infestedTo prepare the necessary documents in case of a fumigation. Fumigation instruction skipCo-ordinate with QA to ensure that the cargo has been fumigated properly and the verify the effectiveness of the fumigation of the cargoTo have the warehouses cleaned by housekeeping and ensure that the hygiene records are maintained and competedTo check the intactness of the cargo while it is being loadedTo co -ordinate with QC to ensure that all the finished goods that are leaving the factory are checked by QC and a formal release is givenMaintain records of old used bags and new bags that are arrivingTo check if the empty containers have been weighted at the weigh bridgeTo have the containers to be sea worthy and free from any smells, cleanliness , holes, leaks, cracks or anything else that could affects the safety and integrity of the cargo during its voyageTo issue the outward challans once container/ trucks have been loadedOther company, HACCP and ISO 22000:2005 related work and documentationIf you find above position interesting kindly do revert with you updated CV.or Contact on 7045595017 you can walk in for the interview once confirmedThanks & Regards.022 4126 8017.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?350,000.00 - ?650,000.00 per yearSchedule:
