Role Objective :
1. Dealer / business management in each region for Commercial Channel
2. Responsible in achieving the Commercial Channel Sales and network objective of the company
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Sales target achievement
2. Market share target achievement
3. Dealer Viability and profitability
4. Dealer manpower training & development
MAJOR CHALLENGES : Motivating dealers to do LCV business who predominantly have passenger car business mindset
Minimum Qualification :
Qualifications: B-Tech + MBA/PGDM or B-Tech ( Mechanical)
Work Experience : 2-6 years' experience in Light Commercial Vehicle sales
