Job Description

Call potential customers (B2B/B2C) to introduce company products like routers, switches, firewalls, servers, cables, and other IT hardware.

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and inbound leads.

Explain product features, technical specifications, pricing, and offers clearly.

Maintain and update CRM or Excel records of daily calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Ensure data accuracy and regular feedback reporting to the Sales Manager.

Collect customer feedback on requirements, competitor products, and market trends.

Report valuable insights to improve product positioning.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
