Role/ Job Title: Marketing Technology Manager Function/Department: HPE Job Purpose: The right candidate will contribute to our B2C Campaign efforts within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to help seamlessly execute BAU Campaigns across multiple Channels and bring expertise in building cutting edge Marketing tech stack in alignment with our Customer First approach. Primary Responsibilities: Design and delivery of B2C campaign solutions (Emails, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Journeys, Landing pages, Forms, etc.) using various SFMC modules, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder and help optimize further Understand data model and how database works (primary + foreign key, relations) Create and update data extensions for send and personalization requests Build responsive web cloud pages for use cases such as landing pages, survey forms Be responsible for creating a robust testing process prior to releasing new features/scripts and fixing bugs/fine-tuning features continuously Recommend short- and long-term strategy for better results Enforce email best practices and standard naming conventions Assess current Mark-Tech architecture landscape and identify gaps in the solution design based on the best practices Coordinate with various agencies/stakeholders to drive development & configuration of the digital marketing architecture/stack Secondary Responsibilities : Oversee data security and product enhancement Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors Accountable for performance and uptime of the solution as measured by department KPIs Champion agile development to improve operational process. Key Success Metrics: Ideate, deliver & effectively track all the deliverables. Education: Graduation: Bachelor\'s in engineering / Technology / Mathematics / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management Experience : 5 to 10 Years
