We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Strategy Associate with a deep understanding of Gen Z preferences and behaviors. This individual will play a key role in crafting engaging content, executing cutting-edge campaigns, and generating leads that convert.   • Full-Time Role - 6 days a week.
  • CTC - INR 3,40,000 Per Annum (Negotiable)
  • Location - Mumbai, India
Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation:
  • Develop compelling and strategically aligned content across various formats (blogs, social media posts, videos, etc.) that resonates with Gen Z audiences.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and leverage them to create engaging content experiences, such as interactive formats, user-generated content, and TikTok challenges.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Track content performance and iterate based on data insights to optimize results.
2. Paid Advertising:
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat, utilizing effective targeting strategies.
  • Experiment with diverse creative formats and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and draw actionable insights for future campaigns.
3. Lead Generation:
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies, including landing pages, email campaigns, and lead magnets, aligned with target audience preferences.
  • Nurture leads through targeted campaigns and converts them into qualified prospects.
  • Analyze lead generation data to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
4. Staying Ahead of the Curve:
  • Conduct ongoing research and analysis of emerging marketing trends and technologies.
  • Stay informed about Gen Z preferences and behaviors through in-depth research and immersion in their online communities.
  • Share your insights with the team and propose innovative marketing strategies that cater to the Gen Z audience.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Foster strong collaboration with other marketing team members, including designers, copywriters, and social media managers.
  • Clearly communicate your ideas, recommendations, and data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Be receptive to feedback and willing to adapt your approach based on collective expertise.
Qualifications (Mandatory):
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a top-tier university.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and effective marketing content across various formats.
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on social media and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of Gen Z trends, behaviors, and cultural nuances.
  • The data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach to marketing challenges.
  • Fluency in social media platforms and emerging marketing technologies.
