Partnering closely with the Country Sales Leader and APAC Digital Media marketing leadership, the position will be helming the multi-year B2B marketing strategy development and scaling the India marketing team to grow the business across Mid Market SMB and Enterprise segments. This role will lead through cross-function collaboration with sales, product development, product marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations as well as field marketing teams at the regional and country levels. What you\'ll do Growth Strategy Be a change leader for India\'s marketing transformation to scale business growth. Understand competitive landscape and vertical-specific needs especially in the sectors of digital document management and creative collaboration. Create multi-year market strategy to enable business growth. Provide counsel and market insights to the business unit and corporate marketing to influence product strategy and marketing investment. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, industry analysts and partners. Experience in new product launches, working across multiple internal and external teams including the channel reseller ecosystem. Marketing Strategy and Execution Define and align marketing strategies to business priorities. Develop clear objectives, execution plans, timelines, and track goals and success measures. Leverage support of APAC functions across campaign & demand marketing, marketing insights & operations as well as PR & communications. Champion the concept of integrated marketing and event experiences (digital and in person). Innovate with out-of-the-box localized programs and best-in-class marketing. Assess spend efficiencies across programs and channels. Enable cross-channel marketing to optimize customer experiences across the lifecycle journey from discovery, consideration, evaluation, buy, adoption and retention. Define measurements of success for each program. Track record of collaborating in cross functional teams (sales, finance / sales ops, product BU, GTM teams, regional marketing) to jointly develop and prioritise sales plays, campaigns, strategic initiatives to achieve joint success. Thought Leadership and Content Creation Establish Adobe as an inspiring leader in creative collaboration and digital document solutions, create preference and generate demand for our product suites. Partner with APAC campaign and demand teams on campaign deployment, content curation, or creation / localisation as required based on differentiated use cases. Identify and collaborate with relevant local media and content partners for co-marketing opportunities. Scale Reseller Marketing Collaborate with Adobe channel sales leadership to develop strategies and tactics targeted at increasing wallet share, engagement and mindshare with resellers to achieve Mid market SMB market share growth. Be an advisor to resellers and internal channel teams on the design of their acquisition and compete programs to scale growth in SMB mid market segment. Be accountable for MDF budget allocation, utilisation and optimization in order to drive influenced and sourced pipeline, spend efficiencies and pipe to revenue outcomes. Modern Marketing and Operational Excellence Proven data-driven experience in deriving insights to inform or find opportunities for performance optimization, scale and growth. Accountability for marketing sourced pipeline, funnel analyses, spend efficiencies and conversion performance tracking via internal analytics and tools. Strong vendor management, especially in content creation and digital agencies with the objective of crafting content \'once\' and scaling across the buyer journey and multiple channels. Design and lead operational cadences in line with the business rhythm, including marketing planning interlocks, reviews, QBRs with vendors, using dashboards with clear attribution models to assess marketing effectiveness and convey contribution to influence investment. What You\'ll need to Succeed 10-15 years of marketing experience in software or a technology related field in India. 5 years people management experience Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent work experience required and MBA desirable. Understanding of IT industry knowledge of Adobe products desirable. Shown success in defining marketing strategies in support of business and corporate objectives, including the development, execution, and measurement of attribution marketing programs. Access to a network of outside services vendors and has a strong, positive working relationship with them. Consistent track record in handling outside vendors, keeping vendors on track and within budget Attention to detail and data driven, including data gathering, insightful analyses, ability to manage logistics and tactical details with flawless execution Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, teamwork and project management skills required Proven track record in working effectively with cross functional groups, sales organizations, reseller partners and operations. Change agent with the ability to influence management at all levels (internally and externally)
