Marketing Specialist - Systems

You will be working as Marketing Specialist - Systems, reporting to Project Operations Manager for Electrification Business Area, Distribution Solutions Division based in Nashik India. You will be responsible to support the sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the local sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in preparing of demand offers
• Providing technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offering product/solution/service-related training
• Preparing or supporting preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements
• Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicating to sales organization, analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through general market information
• Providing information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participating in the risk review assessment
• Performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions in cooperation with sales/local business to obtain better future results

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in sales / marketing
• Good knowledge in medium and low voltage services
• Fluent spoken and written English
