Senior Marketing Specialist, Acceleration Location: Mumbai, India
Psotion Summary : The Accelerated Marketing Group within Bentley Systems is currently looking for an individual with a strong background in marketing for our Senior Marketing Specialist, Acceleration position. Our division’s goal is to drive product and business growth for all our portfolio brands. We are looking an individual who can help tell the story of how Bentley’s innovative products, solutions, and services are the best in the industry, and help differentiate our users among their competitors. If you are excited about assisting with all aspects of a marketing campaign, have experience in the B2B world, love digital marketing, and enjoy working on a dynamic marketing team, we would like to talk to you.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Track-record of assisting in the execution of goal-driven marketing campaigns and activities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience coordinating the creation of various marketing collateral including videos, e-books, web pages, brochures, data sheets and emails
• Basic understanding or experience with HubSpot, Marketo or other Marketing Automation systems
• Basic understanding or experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Basic understanding or experience with GoToWebinar, On24 or other webinar platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO a plus
• Experience coordinating events a plus

Key responsibilities include:

• Work with Accelerated Marketing Manager and Director to execute on the Go-To-Market plans to support market opportunities and sales priorities
• Coordinate with all necessary internal and external parties in the creation of all campaign collateral
• Track all spend and vendor payment for executed marketing activities
• Assist in the management of physical and virtual events and digital marketing campaigns
• Work with sales team on support collateral needs
• Maintain marketing team project management system and create necessary timelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or technology marketing experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong writing and communications skills required
• Strong presentation preparation skills required
• Strong B-to-B experience and skills
• Must be computer savvy, have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, and work well under pressure in a team environment
