Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Drive the entire sales process from strategy to execution. Set clear targets, define KPIs, and ensure the team achieves goals within defined timelines. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best. Create and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue. Track team performance and ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline management. Guide the sales team to improve productivity, conversion rates, and client relationships. Foster a results-oriented culture focused on accountability and achievement. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Represent the company in key client meetings and negotiations when required.

Requirements:



Proven experience in driving and leading successful sales teams. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Hands-on experience in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines. High energy, goal-driven, and team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
