The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue growth targets
• Manage and mentor the sales team to drive individual and team performance
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners to meet revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective cross-functional communication and execution
• Develop and maintain sales reports and forecasts to provide visibility into sales performance and opportunities
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote the company\'s brand and generate new leads

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising;
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and engage a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and partners
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions based on market trends and sales metrics
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
