Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business development for consultancy services including project finance, statutory approvals, licenses, subsidies, and incentives.
  • Lead generation through digital platforms (LinkedIn, industry portals, website inquiries) and offline sources (industry references, consultants, architects, bankers, networking).
  • Engage with promoters, CFOs, project heads, and decision-makers to understand project requirements.
  • Present consultancy proposals and coordinate with internal teams for closures.
  • Build and maintain long-term client and referral relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support pipeline growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).
  • Experience in B2B consulting / industrial services sales
  • Awareness of MIDC, statutory approvals, project finance, and government incentives is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
