Business development for consultancy services including project finance, statutory approvals, licenses, subsidies, and incentives.
Lead generation through digital platforms (LinkedIn, industry portals, website inquiries) and offline sources (industry references, consultants, architects, bankers, networking).
Engage with promoters, CFOs, project heads, and decision-makers to understand project requirements.
Present consultancy proposals and coordinate with internal teams for closures.
Build and maintain long-term client and referral relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and support pipeline growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).
Experience in B2B consulting / industrial services sales
Awareness of MIDC, statutory approvals, project finance, and government incentives is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
