Monozook is the holding company for other e-commerce driven businesses such as Farm Vibrance (www.FarmVibrance.com) and sister concern to a UK-based retail mini chain on the high streetJob description
Your core role will be all encompassing and will include marketing, research and business development -

• You will research various products, and create a detailed and extensive database of their attributes which will be merged with our existing database
• Thorough research of past communications to glean and mine out relevant data for future learning and improvements
• Design surveys for customers, vendors, employees, and all stakeholders; and deliver those surveys through various communication channels.
• Onboard new vendors and design strategy for the same
• Research and mine data for further improvement in sales

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, or any other related field.
• Other Certifications will be added honours
• 0-2 years of work experience in research, business development, analytical work
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Passion for research.
• Knowledge and understanding of Computers, Google Search, and other online databases.
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.

• Hunger for knowledge.
• Comfortable in working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Google Sheets,

• Right candidate will have a tireless spirit, be a trailblazer with a bias toward innovation, and a desire and passion for research

• Strong attention to detail, team management skills, proofreading and editing skills, hardworking, time and project management skills
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
• Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn and explore various facets of the job
• Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlines
• Must be adept to working in a dynamic team structure
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• Self-motivated and willing to work in a start-up environment
