Role Summary/Purpose: Marketing Quality Manager is responsible for validating marketing campaigns. responsible for ongoing ORB and QA activities that assist in mitigating the risk within marketing campaigns with improved policy, procedure, processes, systems and training of the Cosmos Platform data. Essential Responsibilities: Manage a team conducting ORB tollgate 1, 2, and 3 reviews to preventively audit campaign execution for errors, risks, completeness, and cross-functional cohesion. Manage a team conducting QA activities in Workfront to ensure processes and controls are followed and outputs are completed in a compliant manner according to SYF guidelines. Identify and communicate issues to Client Marketing Managers and have them corrected before a campaign is sent to end customers Work with internal and external partners on the auditing of campaign files including defining requirements, managing deliverables and auditing fulfilment campaign files Develop process improvements within the ORB tollgate process and Marketing QA process Ensure all fulfilment campaign file validation process controls are followed and file outputs are completed in a compliant manner according to SYF guidelines Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 2-5 years of hands-on Analytics experience (Distance learning not valid) OR in lieu of a degree, 4-7 years of hands-on Analytics experience. 2-3 years campaign-related experience in Workfront application. Subject matter expertise in fulfilment campaign validation tools, SYF data warehouses, segmentation reporting, suppression exclusions and file outputs Exposure to marketing campaign execution and retail rewards concepts as these plays a crucial role in understanding the flow of the campaign to identify ongoing issues Prior experience in understanding offers types, offer descriptions. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new procedures/programs Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity.
