We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Performance Marketing to join our Marketing team. The role focuses on optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Experience: 5 years+ of relevant experience
Roles and responsibilities:

• Campaign management - Plan, launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid media.
• Analytics - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify trends, provide insights and recommend areas of improvement.
• Budget Management - Manage marketing spends effectively and ensure campaigns are within the stipulated budget while delivering results.
• Competitive Analysis - Stay informed about industry trends and marketing strategy of competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Conversion Rate Optimization - Continuously optimize landing pages, user flows, drop offs to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
• Reports and insights - Monitor reports and provide insights on the performance marketing campaigns and recommend actionable improvements.
• Customer segmentation - Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to personalize communications and improvise targeting.

• Bachelor\'s degree (Master\'s degree will be a plus)
• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a similar role and category of BFSI
• Strong analytical skills and good operational knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
• Proficient in the management of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn)
• Good understanding of Martech like Adobe Target, Appsflyer, CleverTap etc.
