About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage DNV \xe2\x80\x93 Supply Chain & Product Assurance (SCPA) division\xe2\x80\x99s marketing operations activities. The SCPA Marketing & Communications unit is tasked with supporting our organization in driving the industry transition towards a digital, efficient, and eco-friendly future; through broadening our reputation as a thought leader and supporting revenue generation. To achieve this goal, it will be important to drive operational excellence, seamlessly integrating technology and business to ensure our global marketing efforts align with industry standards. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of data-driven decision-making, meticulous reporting accuracy, and streamlined collaboration across diverse teams. As a key player in this dynamic position where innovation meets strategy, you\'ll be part of a team committed to redefining marketing effectiveness. Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing in the Supply Chain and Product Assurance business area, the Marketing Operations Specialist will work to meet business requirements, goals, and KPIs and will have the overall responsibility oversee and optimise our marketing data processes, data segmentation, accurate data capture, integration testing, and ongoing maintenance, you will bring strong analytics skills and an attention to detail. We are looking for a creative, analytical, and collaborative professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for email marketing, a self-driven, natural team player who loves to work in an international, dynamic, and agile environment. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a key requirement for this position. The Marketing Operations Specialist will have a range of responsibilities, including:
  • Data Governance
    • Establish and enforce standardised processes for data governance, ensuring meticulous data accuracy and segmentation.
    • Work in collaboration with Global Sales Excellence Manager to devise Oracle CRM strategies for optimal marketing data management, enriching the database with valuable insights.
    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to maintain the operational health of the pipeline.
    • Collaborate on effective prospect and customer marketing initiatives, defining touch-points through the buyer journey and establishing lead/account scoring utilizing Oracle CRM.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Review the contact database, recommend segmentation improvements, and provide support for achieving ambitious growth targets.
    • Design, build, and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports using Microsoft Power BI, setting the gold standard for accurate and insightful marketing reporting across all digital channels.
    • Be an advisor to the Global MARCOM team for data analysis and reporting.
  • Campaign Management and Digital Platforms:
    • Lead Processing (programs, demand gen, organic inbound, events).
    • Lead Quality Enforcement & Reporting.
    • Support and collaborate with the sales team by leading demand gen campaigns.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of automation campaign performance, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvements, working in collaboration with regional and Centre of Excellence teams.
  • Platform Ownership and Collaboration:
    • Own and manage the Monday.com platform, ensuring optimal collaboration and adherence to governance processes.
    • Act as a liaison between technology and business, collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders across the organization.
    • Work closely with the Web Design & UX Manager (Optimizely) to continuously optimize web performance, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and industry standards.
    • Work closely with the Email & Automation Specialists (Eloqua) to optimize email marketing performance, build comprehensive reporting, and create data insights dashboards for various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Compliance and Support:
    • Ensure strict compliance with legal parameters, including GDPR, in all marketing communications and initiatives.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various marketing platforms.

About you

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with Oracle CRM, Eloqua, and Optimizely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in optimising marketing processes and driving growth.
  • Strong current experience working in a marketing operations role, preferably in a B2B environment, with hands-on experience delivering web, digital marketing, content and SEO/SEM marketing.
  • Experience in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns, materials and activities in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on marketing investments for a B2B business, plus building and sharing the ROI story based on measurable activities and metrics.
