Role/ Job Title:Marketing Operations Manager Business:Corporate Function Function/ Department: HPE Place of Work: Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: \' Manage Marketing Technology to deliver world-class marketing technology stack /architecture for a customers\' digital experience, marketing and acquisition Responsible for developing operation experience capabilities including in-app marketing Coordinate with product teams, enterprise architects, data lake, engineering teams, key account managers along with digital media strategy, personalization & digital assets team to understand the end-state requirement and design the optimal and scalable solution Assess current MarTech architecture landscape and identify gaps in the solution design based on the best practices Manage Adobe Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud\'s full stack Coordinate with various agencies to drive development & configuration of the digital marketing architecture/stack Secondary Responsibilities : \' Oversee data security and product enhancement Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors Accountable for performance and uptime of the solution as measured by department KPIs Accountable for costs and projections along with managing budgets of the department Champion agile development to improve operational process Key Success Metrics: \'Deliver & effectively track all the deliverables
