Title : Marketing Operations Manager

Direct Report to :Director of Marketing & Learning

Work Location :Remote India

Overview of the role : The Marketing Operations Manager is right-hand to the Marketing Department Director. This role will be a driver of cultural alignment and essential to the onboarding of new department employees. Working closely with marketing, sales and product, this role will implement programmatic and operational initiatives in support of company objectives. This role will be focused on delivering actionable insights for optimized performance, building efficient processes and frameworks to deploy programs, managing operational programs and projects and ensuring effective use and integration of the marketing tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Drive cultural alignment and onboard new employees
• Analyse data, assess trends and determine actions to optimise performance
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data, provide reports for management
• Manage vendor relationships, acting as POC for key tech tools, PR vendors, partners and other relationships
• Analyse tech performance and ensure utilization and optimization
• Monitor and track key performance indicators
• Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities
• Manage marketing budget/cards and balances, and drive operational efficiencies, cost savings, and labor savings through continuous improvement and automation of manual work
• Own critical operational processes that support marketing objectives
• Ensure processes are standardised, documented, and adhered to ensuring repeatable, high-quality outcomes for the department
• Own of all marketing automation needs, including Marketing Lead Forms, internal and external automated email communication, performance monitoring and A/B testing
• Own and maintain central resource locations, including shared drive and internal knowledge center

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in marketing operations
• Passionate, driven
• Background in business analysis, project management, process management, marketing automation and managing a team will benefit you in this role
• Working knowledge of CRM management & reporting experience, Preferably Salesforce
• Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of marketing automation, Preferably experience with Pardot
• Must be highly organised attentive to detail and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Strong independent and cross-functional project management skills
• Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
• Preferably experience with social strategy and retargeting, including Facebook Pixel
