About the Role:
The Demand Operations team specializes in managing systems and data that support our Sales Development organization. This role plays a key role where we will be analyzing Leads that our automated tools aren\xe2\x80\x99t able to convert into contacts. You will be playing an exciting role of a detective to determine if each Lead can be converted to an existing account or if a new account is needed. You will also be helping fulfill other manual task completion requests such as \xe2\x80\x9cPast Due Task Closures\xe2\x80\x9d and User Profile Audits
Locations: Pune, India
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:
Monitor global lead routing queue and intervene as needed
Perform account research to maximize lead conversion and campaign attribution
Create contacts in target account verticals and personas
Improve database hygiene
Build custom Salesforce CRM reporting as needed
Manage daily tasks within go-to-market tools including: Outreach, Lean Data, 6Sense, etc.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
4+ years of experience working with go-to-market tools for Lead, Contact and Account management
Degree Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
Proficiency with English written and verbal communication
Bonus Points:
Experience in building Salesforce CRM Reports
Experience with creation of Accounts in Salesforce CRM
Experience with communication platforms such as Outreach or Sales Loft
Experience with Drift
Experience with SQL Query Language
