Job Brief

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Brand Design Associate who will be responsible for the timely execution of creative briefs and projects, ensuring impactful and effective designs according to task-specific metrics, and enhancing the brand imagery. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing data, and staying updated with design trends will be critical aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to design creatives for digital campaigns, understanding digital and social media marketing, and producing impactful and strategically aligned creatives based on the campaign brief.
• Ability to design marketing collaterals digital and physical assets across value chain
• Ability to design impactful stall collaterals for events and expos
• Following and improving brand guidelines to ensure strict adherence to brand parameters.
• Ability to deliver within deadlines/tight timelines and willingness to go the extra mile for quality.
• Ability to coordinate with key stakeholders, build good relationships with teams and leaders, and collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize on projects.
• Knowledge of designing software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign, and staying updated on emerging technology and design trends.
• Ability to create internal communication collaterals, signages, and brand-aligned presentations.
• Content management skills, including organizing and maintaining databases of designs, photography, and video, and sharing files with printing vendors

Required key skills, experience and qualifications

• 2-4 years of proven experience in graphic design,
• Graduate in Bachelor of arts(B.A) level proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in Paint Shop Pro, CorelDraw, Apple Photos, Macphun, Adobe Lightroom, Canva, Klex, Sketch, Affinity Designer, Adobe Character Animator, Adobe Animate, Pencil2D, Biteable, Animaker, and Stop Motion Studio
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design skills and creativity
