Your Role
We are looking for a smart, driven Manager-Marketing Operations to work in the Marketing operations team to empower marketing teams with actionable data insights. You will be responsible for developing key processes and reports & insights to support business decisions and help formulate campaign planning, targets distribution and lead generation strategy. You are required to set new processes, and improve the existing ones using the data driven approach and are capable of using CRM/Project Management tools. You will define new initiatives, execute these projects, and track performance metrics. These projects will span across product, growth strategy, sales, partnerships & marketing teams. You will be responsible for managing & streamlining the initiatives and processes undertaken by the Marketing Operations team. An Associate Manager/ Manager is an individual with a strong desire in learning how a business is run, how the growth is hacked, how data-driven decision-making is done, and how efficient processes are created. You have to be proficient with sound business logic and the ability to structure approaches/strategies for adding value in complex business analysis. You’ll be working with the Operations Team and the Go to Market Leadership to devise data-driven strategies and improve process efficiency. The oversight and coordination aspects of the role give it a unique left-to-right view across the business. For this role, you need to be a creative and a quantitative thinker. You will be liaising with department heads and their reportees to discuss the progress on their goals, highlight the deviations, prepare solutions, and monitor progress on the next steps. Working closely with the leadership to devise data-driven strategies and improve process efficiency.
Helping the Marketing Teams in setting new processes and improving the existing
Driving data-derived insights across a wide range of divisions by automating advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and computational algorithms based on business
Creating and Integrating Databases and from multiple sources and helping Analytics and Operation vertical with decision making and predictive
Liaise with department heads and their reportees to discuss the progress on their goals, highlight the deviations, prepare solutions, and monitor progress on next steps
Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their
Help in general automation and integration of different
Lead paid marketing analysis and dictate allocation of growing budgets via collaboration with the Marketing Leadership Team in tandem with Revenue Organization
Leverage multiple channels to tether comprehensive data sets from sources such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Paid Advertising, and Salesforce Campaigns
Create, analyze, and optimize lead generation processes ( MQLs & SALs ).
Improvement and identifying growth opportunities/threats based on internal and external data sources, market trends, and user behavior in an effort to strengthen efficiency and provide strategic direction to the Marketing Team
CRM knowledge of managing databases, creating reports and dashboards, lists,
Catalyze the creation of the Marketing Qualified Leads ( MQLs ), Sales Accepted Leads ( SALs ), generate and optimize end to end unified lead
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals and passionate about building an innovative
Provide operational support and reporting to the leadership to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements.
Collaborate with the Innovaccer Leadership team and cross-functional heads across sales, product, sales support, and marketing functions to align strategies and provide Operational support in achieving business
Preferred experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations/Sales Operations roles
Exceptional Team Management skills
Experience leading, or working with, a multi-faceted marketing
Extremely comfortable with Data Analysis
Be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills across multiple audiences and methods.
Experience with Salesforce is a must.
Understanding of PowerBI/Tableau, Pardot , Einstein Analytics or any other Marketing Automation Tool
