Improve operational management systems, processes, and introduce best practices. Manage budgets and forecasts. Manage Talent forecast. Recruit/Hiring, select, train, assign, schedule and if needed coach/counsel employees. Build and implement an outstanding onboarding and employee experience. Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee, and space requirements. Be responsible for knowledge management and internal comms. Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer experience standards. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability. Perform quality controls and create and/or monitor production KPIs. Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. Contribute to operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Work closely with Head of operations and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation. Manage relationships with key operations POCs or stream leads. Track and communicate all new processes and/or issues at governance meetings. Primary Skills Ensure all operations are carried in an efficient & cost-effective way. Drive and support crafting, documenting, and implementing processes for Marcomm operations. Secondary Skills Work closely on inventory to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right tools. Help the organization\'s processes remain legally compliant.
