Job Description

You are a key member of a global product & marketing organization helping to bring to life the vision & strategy of a successful network infrastructure platform. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast growing business.

  • Support ABM in selecting the most appropriate local candidate accounts for the ABM program
  • Translate sales objectives (opportunity- and relationship-based) into account objectives and project plans for marketing support
  • Promote marketing plans internally, updating them through local account executive collaboration
  • Identify internal and external resources for use in local marketing execution for targeted strategic accounts, and manage external resources (e.g., agencies)
  • Orchestrate and lead ongoing account check-ins with local account executives to ensure account goals, key contacts and account plans stay on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications
  • Participate actively in regular (e.g., weekly) account calls
  • Educate local account executives on the potential role of marketing within strategic accounts
  • Provide ongoing data and insights on strategic accounts and local contacts within these accounts
  • Conduct local outreach to strategic accounts to identify and mitigate conflicts
  • Measure and analyze ABM program performance on agreed-upon account targets
  • Understand which internal marketing campaigns and assets to leverage for local account engagement planning
  • Development of the overall marketing strategy for client within budget guidelines
  • Provides leadership for the team to come up with new marketing strategies (digital or offline) that are aligned with the business goals
  • Works collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies
  • Builds the strategy and drives the execution of product launches and partnerships, including packaging, and positioning
  • Assists in training and supporting sales team and channel partners to articulate product positioning and the advantages
  • Helping to turn key customers into references by establishing and developing relationships with them

He/She needs to be a self-starter with 'growth mindset' to be able to take up 'industry first' challenging assignment with the approach of a 'entrepreneur-manager' (do-what-you-have-to-do, v/s to do- what- you- have- to be -told to do)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 7 years of experience as ABM /or marketing manager for B2B products in Tech/IT space
  • Strong leadership and managerial experience - at least 2+ people
  • Excellent project management skills / Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
  • Highly motivated, quick learner, self-starter
  • Excellent writing and strong creatives
  • Track record of success in all key areas of responsibility
  • Proven experience working successfully with sales teams
  • Product-Led Growth mindset
  • Never afraid to question notions or beliefs of how things should be done
