Lead the AOP for the brand in collaboration collaborating with key stakeholders across functions
Be the brand custodian and decision-maker
Work on the brand concept development in association with consumers & regional teams
Collaborate with agencies- develop & execute consumer-centric communication including TV / Digital Advertising & cross media assets
Lead full-scale marketing mix creation including product, Price Pack Architecture, packaging, & communication
Work with consumers & customers to evolve pricing recommendations
Make brand pricing recommendations to achieve business goals in collaboration with stakeholders across sales & finance
Lead brand/category agendas in the fast-growing & profitable channel of Commerce, as part of the Ecom Leadership team
The Successful Applicant
Candidates from FMCG/Consumer tech companies preferred
Degree in Business Management in Marketing from Tier 1 institute with approx 8-11 years' experience
The incumbent should have strong interpersonal skills & communication with excellent drive to achieve transformational results
The incumbent should have strong consumer & customer orientation and the ability to influence effectively
