Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive hotel revenue, and enhance customer engagement. This role manages both online and offline marketing efforts, coordinates with various departments, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote hotel rooms, F&B outlets, banquets, and other services. Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and events to attract local and international guests. Manage the hotel's digital presence including website content, social media platforms, SEO, and paid advertising. Collaborate with design agencies, printers, and media partners to create marketing collateral and advertising material. Coordinate with OTA partners, influencers, and PR agencies for brand promotions and campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, including ROI, customer engagement, and conversion rates. Manage the hotel's CRM and email marketing campaigns to build customer loyalty and repeat business. Identify and explore new market trends and opportunities to maintain competitive positioning. Work closely with the Sales, F&B, and Front Office teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
