The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all
institutional marketing and admission activities
. The role requires a professional with
proven experience in educational or training institutions
, capable of achieving admission targets, maintaining partnerships, and ensuring consistent brand visibility through field and relationship-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
institutional marketing plans
to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
Conduct
college, hospital, and campus visits
to promote courses and build partnerships.
Identify and establish
tie-ups with educational institutions, placement partners, and hospitals
.
Organize
career guidance programs, seminars, and workshops
to attract potential students.
Coordinate with
telecalling and counseling teams
for lead management and admission follow-ups.
Supervise
field marketing executives
and ensure target achievement
Monitor and report
daily, weekly, and monthly admission performance
.
Prepare and manage
marketing budgets
and ensure cost-effective activities.
Develop and maintain
corporate and institutional relationships
for long-term collaboration.
Participate in
education fairs, expos, and student outreach campaigns
.
Required Skills & Competencies:
