Job Description

Marketing Manager - Hotels is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase hotel occupancy, and boost revenue through online and offline channels. This role combines creativity with analytics to promote the hotel's brand, positioning it effectively in a competitive hospitality landscape.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Marketing & Planning



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.

2. Digital Marketing



Oversee digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and display advertising. Collaborate with web developers and content teams to ensure an optimized website and booking experience. Manage online reputation, including responding to guest reviews and optimizing listings on OTAs and travel review sites (e.g., TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Google).

3. Brand Management



Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints. Create and execute hotel promotions, packages, and seasonal campaigns.

4. Public Relations & Communications



Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and local tourism boards. Coordinate press releases, media events, and PR campaigns to increase visibility. Support internal communication efforts and guest communications as needed.

5. Partnerships & Events



Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with travel agencies, event planners, and local businesses. Plan and promote hotel-hosted events, conferences, and seasonal activities to attract target markets.

6. Analytics & Reporting



Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rate, ADR, RevPAR, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and channel managers to derive insights. Present monthly reports to senior management with recommendations for continuous improvement.
