Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the hotel's brand, increase visibility, drive revenue, and enhance guest engagement. This role oversees digital and offline marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, public relations, and partnership collaborations to position the hotel competitively in the market.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and brand standards. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing. Oversee the hotel's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create promotional materials, marketing collaterals, and coordinate brand campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners. Monitor market trends, guest feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with sales, revenue, and F&B teams to support promotions, events, and offers. Plan and manage photo shoots, video content, and storytelling initiatives. Track campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion) and prepare regular reports. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and guest touchpoints.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
