Marketing Manager- Gold Loan

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
• Develop engaging marketing content, such as leaflets, website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns, to attract and engage potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including lead generation, sales materials, and product training.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Must be proactive in conducting and monitoring field marketing activities, such as leaflet distribution and newspaper insertion of Leaflets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.
• Must have a sound understanding of the Gold Loan industry and its regulations.
• Must be familiar with CRM Systems and Marketing Automation Tools.
• Must be proficient with all sorts of marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
