Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns (digital, print, media).
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance; adjust strategies as needed.
Manage digital marketing including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
Oversee content creation (brochures, newsletters, presentations, blogs, etc.).
Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
