Roles and Responsibilities Job title - Marketing Manager: Brand Activations Introduction: With the changing landscape there is a need for a specialist to make the brand known on the ground - through unique and experiential brand experiences. This would help in increasing awareness and engagement with the brand. There is a need to drive activations at a broader level across multiple customer touch points - digital, on ground, and other media and identifying opportunities for activations that could lead to increase in sale of products / services. The team will need to ensure that competitive perspectives and differential value propositions are generated through market relevant insights. :
  • Ideate, strategize, and drive brand activations
1. Collaborate with business to ideate and decide on the activations (Phygital – combination of physical and digital activations) 2. Bring in digital perspective while ideating and executing an activation 3. Work with agency partner to shape up the activation idea and execute the same seamlessly 4. Work with internal teams to get approvals for the activation 5. Benchmarking of activations with BFSI industry as well as other industries like Auto, Telecom, Durables, etc. 6. Aim to create long term property for the Bank
  • Digital asset creation and media planning
1. To create digital assets like microsite or campaign landing page to capture leads and traffic 2. Ensuring a robust digital media plan (including social media) for effective campaign amplification 3. Supplementing digital media plan with a Robust onground roll-out plan alongwith newspaper and radio media plan
  • Management of all central level projects /launches that need close monitoring and co-ordination across teams
1. Managing marketing and amplification of central level launches like launch of co-branded card or similar other product launches to ensure seamless brand integration and on ground execution. 2. Co-ordination with multiple teams at a central level for smooth execution of event/campaign
  • Co-ordination with Brand Team
1. This position with also be responsible for co-ordinating with internal brand team as well as agency to get the right creative for the campaign, this will require good knowledge of understanding brand guidelines too 2. Preparation of playbooks as well as campaign collaterals to make ensure standardization of campaign across the nation 3. Ensuring accurate digital adaptation of the campaign assets/collaterals Requirement: 7 years+ work ex, post a full time MBA from a premier B-School Last 4 years+ experience of working as a brand manager or experiential marketing similar role in the Automotive, FMCG or Consumer durables/Electronic goods industry, telecom industry, e-commerce, BFSI, etc. Should have knowledge of multimedia, and should have worked extensively in digital marketing (like performance, social media, website, etc.) Should have knowledge of various media landscapes and creative renditions to ensure creative optimization Should have done multiple large as well as medium scale activations as well as consumer experiential campaigns Should have an experience of managing agency partners as well as internal stakeholders Keen to take decisions basis data/trends and consumer insights Well versed with usage of brand guidelines and should have a keen eye for detail. Should have an eye for great design and copy Innovator at heart and on the feet thinker, must be able to work under tight deadlines
  • Great interpersonal skills and good with stakeholder management. A passionate & committed individual with a positive attitude
