Paid Internship The position Vacant is for an Intern Marketing and Management Trainee. Job Profile :- You shall be Trained and mentored to manage the following activities :- 1. Overseeing and developing various Marketing campaigns. 2. Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with organization\'s objectives. 3. Shall handle both ATL and BTL Activities. 4. Responsible for Brand Communications on various projects at different sites. 5. Selecting Various Agencies and Managing them (Creative/ Release/PR/Digital) also selecting the right channels of marketing along with agencies. 6. Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and optimize sales. 7. Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events for Brand Promotions to ensure brand visibility and awareness. 8. Measure and analyze communication strategy and tactics to optimize effectiveness of Brand Promotions. 9. Foresee the Social Media Responses on various platforms. 10. Foresee the Campaign responses in alignment with the Pre Sales Department. 11. Suggest better Marketing Strategies post Competitor Analysis. 12. Website Hygiene. 13. Handling the Marketing activities pertaining to the CP Meets. 14. Define the Marketing Budget and analyze on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. 15. Define the scope of Corporate Communications & Brand standards for the Brand. 16. Determine the departmental budget and allocation of the same. 17. Identify and participate in external events as well as plan out larger events. 18. Channelizing all activities in the best possible light through various marketing channels to give exposure to the brand. 19. Identify and use innovative communication techniques and platforms to enable a better reach. 20. Be proactive in relaying the right message at the right time from the right source so as to handle difficult situations if any. 21. Creating awareness among internal members and different partners about organization brand guidelines to be followed and adhered.
