Attain is looking for a Marketing Leader to ultimately help scale the company\'s client base to new heights. They will be directly responsible for creating and implementing the company\'s marketing strategy working alongside the company\'s leadership. In order to work effectively with our US and Europe-based teams and have a good overlap, we require our prospective teammates to be comfortable working from 2 PM IST to 12-1 AM IST allowing for appropriate breaks.


The Marketing Leader brings proven industry expertise and is responsible for creating and executing on Attain\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategy. This individual is extremely proficient in Marketing for IT Services and thrives on market research, strategy development and execution along with communicating with clients and prospects, understanding their problems, and offering solutions. This is a great opportunity to create a vision, and see it through fruition. The Marketing Leader is willing to roll up their sleeves and perform all tasks including strategy development, CRM setup, deploying marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media marketing; works as a team player to solve problems, turn challenges into opportunities, and work to expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s reach and potential customer pipeline. The job performance of the Marketing Leader is quantitatively measured by pipeline growth, and breadth of contracted service offerings.

Qualifications
Essential Functions The Marketing Leader is accountable for performing each of the following functions at the highest level to ensure the organization\xe2\x80\x99s success:

• Work with company leadership to create a marketing strategy
• Implement all aspects of the strategy
• Collecting and analyzing market data, establishing marketing KPIs, tracking and reporting results
• Developing specific marketing campaigns to reach marketing goals
• Researching and forecasting marketing trends and changes
• Meeting with clients to evaluate marketing needs and get feedback
• Ensuring marketing campaigns align with branding

Required Education and Experience

• Proven results in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Proved experience with CRMs
• Proven experience with marketing campaigns
• Proven results with content creation to define value propositions or IT services in the offshore/ outsourcing space

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience with marketing software and technology
• Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with senior leadership
• Clear written and verbal communication to express ideas and share the marketing strategies
• Desire to stay current on the latest marketing strategies and best practices
• Varied marketing experience on different sized accounts and different types of marketing campaigns
• Effective goal-setting skills
• Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of a campaign
