About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Determining business needs and identifying weaknesses
2. Assessing and analyzing business practices and procedures
3. Compiling and presenting research findings and recommendations
4. Developing detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements
5. Organizing and managing business projects
6. Providing guidance when issues, challenges, or problematic situations arise
7. Resolving client queries and problems
8. Managing and guiding junior consultants
9. Meeting with clients and advising executives throughout the consultation process
10. Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of projects
11. Supporting business development activities
