About the internship
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support
Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to appropriate team members as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals
Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
