Cloudnine Hospital was started with the vision of ensuring world-class maternal and infant care in India. Over the last seven years, we have achieved more than that - 21,000 deliveries, with 100% maternal survival and 99.72% infant survival. About the internship

The candidate will be working for the online community of Cloudnine, Cloudnine Mamas. They will be handling the operations side of the community.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working with content writers and designers to plan and execute the content calendar and mailers on time
2. Working on community postings - webinars, live, Facebook lives, PR articles, etc.
3. Executing communication and promotion plans
4. Handling online events like baby showers, meetups, fertility events, etc.
5. Working on customer calls, handling customer queries, complaints and taking regular feedback
