We at Greensalad.in are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic people to join us in building and \'better\'-ing processes and strategies with only one goal in mind - large scale positive impact. (There will be many smaller goals within the realm of large-scale positive impact, but we\'ll address that along the way.) We have a strong core team consisting of IIT Mtech and MU Btech holders, having passion for building products, companies and solving challenging problems at scale. On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors - Our Customers. We are bootstrapped in essences. We run 45 internet-based restaurants across 7 locations in Mumbai. Greensalad.in, Fruut.in, Powerjuice.in, Bombayfruits.com, Veg Salad Company, King Salad, 8tea.in, TOO yum Momo\'s and Goal Bowls all these brands are owned directly or indirectly by us. What are we looking for We\'re looking for a hustler who is as good at executing ideas as coming up with them, and someone who thrives in and builds through chaos, action and a fast-paced startup vibe. Someone who wants to build something at scale! Apply if you Have 0 years of total experience with a fire to build your own start up but lack support. Have managed implementation of new processes and systems required for scaling the business requirements or want to learn how to. Are really good with numbers and logic or can learn and do anything Have an understanding of budgets and business planning or want to learn Have a keen interest in the Startup sector and a strong purpose at heart. What would you work on Company has three internal driving engines - Subscriptions, Paid Marketing and Organic Marketing. For the first month, you will spend time with each function to identify gaps and challenges and then later pick up smaller projects within each team. There is no fixed set of responsibilities for this role, but if you insist, here is a sneak peek: Work directly with the founders to solve key product, organizational and operational level challenges and develop new ways to market them. Research, model, evaluate, and plan go-to-market strategies for new and existing products Conceptualise and work closely with the founders to help launch new products and initiatives in the following areas - impact, content, sales and people and culture Execute growth hacks and Stratergies while keeping Synergies with Founders.
