Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand and attract potential candidates from college campuses. Collaborate with the Campus Recruitment team to understand the hiring needs and create targeted marketing campaigns accordingly. Plan and coordinate campus events, workshops, and career fairs to engage with students and showcase our company\'s opportunities. Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, posters, presentations, and social media content, to effectively communicate our employer value proposition to prospective candidates. Manage and update the company\'s careers page and social media platforms to maintain a strong online presence and engage with students. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights in campus recruitment, ensuring our strategies are aligned with industry best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including college placement officers, faculty members, and student organizations, to enhance our visibility and credibility on campuses. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campus recruitment marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Participate in campus visits and networking events to establish a strong presence and connect with potential candidates. Collaborate with internal teams, such as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all recruitment efforts. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in campus recruitment and marketing to remain competitive in the talent market. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in campus recruitment, marketing, or related areas is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, and other stakeholders. Strong creativity and ability to develop compelling marketing content and materials. Proficiency in using social media platforms and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing strategies. Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
