This senior leadership role oversees marketing for the Institutional business across South Asia, reporting to the VP Marketing - Emerging Markets. It combines strategic marketing, digital transformation, and team leadership within a high-impact B2B environment

• Act as key business partner to the cluster commercial leader
• Lead a team of ~10 marketers across South Asia
• Drive digital transformation across marketing and business functions
• Manage product portfolio with a P&L-driven approach aligned to regional strategy
• Design and optimize cluster marketing organization with a focus on talent and diversity
• Develop and execute cluster-level marketing strategy aligned with regional goals
• Manage marketing budget and maximize ROI
• Improve portfolio margin via mix optimization and maintenance
• Lead channel/trade marketing strategy to enhance logistics footprint
• Coordinate market insights, competitive mapping, and customer solution development
• Align with regional innovation programs and execution plans

• MBA in Marketing with 15+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience
• Proven track record in digital marketing and transformation
• Prior commercial business leadership experience is a strong advantage
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in matrix organizations
• Willing to be based in Mumbai
