Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for generating revenue by selling residential /commercial projects. Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams. Developing excellent relational skills with developers, investors and service providers in the Real Estate sector. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets. Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns. Strong clients focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Attending the clients on daily walk-ins and make them aware about the site. Give them all the necessary information about the project. Call clients to visit and re-visit the site Maintain records and follow up the clients. Analyzing client\xe2\x80\x99s needs and financial ability to recommend the right product. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property. Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals. Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
