Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand the organization\xe2\x80\x99s marketing goals and objectives, and develop strategies and plans to achieve them
• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to help form marketing strategies
• Develop marketing campaigns to promote products and services, working with the team and agency partners
• Plan and direct promotional presentations, including press conferences, networking, and public relations events
• Write copy for promotional materials, such as brochures, social media, and website content, and create or oversee the production of marketing collateral
• Manage social media accounts and post content on a regular basis to engage followers and build brand awareness
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Coordinate trade show logistics and participate in industry events to generate leads and build relationships
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to get the best terms possible
• Prepare budgets and track expenses to stay within budget constraints
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members working in the marketing department
• Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify target audiences
• Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience
• Contribute to social media and content calendars by managing the production of interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.
• Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and check content for accuracy and consistency
• Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness
• Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns
• Stay up to date with social media and marketing trends and best practices
• Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables.
• Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices
• Manage the creation of graphics and illustrative copy.
• Perform support duties including but not limited to database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, and managing sales and marketing software tools

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, MoEngage, Clevertap, Salesforce, Canva etc.
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design, web design, and/or video production
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools
• Basic storytelling principles
• Basic design principles
• Basic understanding of web server technologies
