Understand the organization\xe2\x80\x99s marketing goals and objectives, and develop strategies and plans to achieve them
Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to help form marketing strategies
Develop marketing campaigns to promote products and services, working with the team and agency partners
Plan and direct promotional presentations, including press conferences, networking, and public relations events
Write copy for promotional materials, such as brochures, social media, and website content, and create or oversee the production of marketing collateral
Manage social media accounts and post content on a regular basis to engage followers and build brand awareness
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Coordinate trade show logistics and participate in industry events to generate leads and build relationships
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to get the best terms possible
Prepare budgets and track expenses to stay within budget constraints
Hire, train, and supervise staff members working in the marketing department
Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify target audiences
Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience
Contribute to social media and content calendars by managing the production of interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.
Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and check content for accuracy and consistency
Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness
Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns
Stay up to date with social media and marketing trends and best practices
Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables.
Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices
Manage the creation of graphics and illustrative copy.
Perform support duties including but not limited to database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, and managing sales and marketing software tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.
Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, MoEngage, Clevertap, Salesforce, Canva etc.
Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design, web design, and/or video production
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools
Basic storytelling principles
Basic design principles
Basic understanding of web server technologies
