Job Description


Job Title: Field Sales Executive : Sales: Identify and target potential customers within a designated geographic area or industry. Research and understand the needs and preferences of potential clients. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads for sales opportunities. Contact prospective clients through cold calls, emails, or in-person visits to initiate sales discussions. Product or Service Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the products or services offered by the company. Be able to explain the features and benefits of the machines to potential customers. Address any questions or concerns to potential clients may have. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand the client\'s business and industry to tailor sales presentations and solutions. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations. Highlight the value proposition and advantages of the company\'s products or services. Adapt the sales pitch to the specific needs and interests of each client. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of the sale, including price, delivery, and payment terms. Close sales deals and obtain purchase orders. Handle objections and resolve concerns to secure sales. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Provide regular sales reports and updates to sales managers & supervisors. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as preparing sales, maintaining client records, and managing expenses. Requirements: A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred. Proven experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Willingness to travel and spend time in the field. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Field Sales Executives play a critical role in driving revenue and expanding a company\'s customer base. They must be effective communicators, relationship builders, and problem solvers to excel in this role.
