Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies in the paint industry.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target customer segments.
• Product Promotion: Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
• Digital Marketing: Manage the company\'s digital presence, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and informative marketing content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to gather feedback and insights.
• Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for expanding the company\'s presence.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and a positive return on investment.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing within the paint industry.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and product promotions.
• Strong knowledge of the paint industry, its products, and customer preferences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
