The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our interior design services to potential clients, especially within the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and marketing strategiesto promote interior design services to potential clients in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize fieldwork experience to identify and pursue business opportunities in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Focus on targeting Real Estate Developers, with experience in dealing with projects of various scales.
- Effectively present and communicate the interior design offerings to clients, emphasizing the unique value proposition of our company.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle and sell interior design solutions for Small, Medium, and Large Scale Realty Projects and business purposes.
- Maintain a smart and presentable appearance during client presentations and field activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely reporting and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and Relationship Supervision.
- Background in Real Estate/Interior Marketing is mandatory.
- Preferable experience in dealing with Real Estate Developers.
- Proven fieldwork experience in marketing roles.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales is preferable.
- Ability to effectively handle and sell interior design solutions for projects of various scales.
- Smart, presentable, and effective in client presentations.
- Candidates must be located in Kolkata.
- Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel.
