Channel Management:
Identify, appoint, and nurture relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and large OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Market Development:
Conduct field marketing, generate inquiries, convert leads, and maintain dealer finance/account discipline.
Promotions & Events:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, participate in trade fairs/exhibitions, and build brand presence.
Customer Relations:
Build strong client trust, support technical needs during trials, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly business plans, track sales pipelines, and report on regional performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
2-4+ years in sales/marketing, preferably in the PVC pipe, building materials, or related manufacturing industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Core Skills:
Negotiation, communication (verbal/written), lead generation, field sales, customer relationship management, persuasion.
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of PVC/uPVC products, SWR pipes, fittings, and the construction market.
Attributes:
Target-oriented, problem-solving, ability to work independently and in a team, strong initiative.
